Dante is a 44-pound hunk who came to the shelter as a stray and was initially terrified of everything around him. With time, patience, and gentle care, his true personality has started to shine through — complete with tail wags and sweet little kisses. He’s good on a leash but still a bit nervous, so he’ll need someone who understands that warming up takes time. Dante loves using his nose to nuzzle and show affection, and he has a playful side that comes out once he feels safe. He’s a sensitive, loving boy ready for someone who can help him continue to blossom.
